The AI builder
How the embr builder works: chat on the left, your live game on the right, with a code editor and an autopilot queue.
The builder is embr’s "bolt for games" workspace: chat with your AI partner on the left, watch your game run live on the right. Work auto-saves as you go.
Powering the builder
The AI is the brain; embr is the tool. You power it one of two ways:
| Option | How it works |
|---|---|
| Your own key | Paste an Anthropic API key. It’s stored only in your browser and goes straight to Anthropic — embr never sees it. |
| embr credits | No key needed. embr runs the build and bills your prepaid balance for what it costs. |
Iterating
- Ask for changes in plain language — the AI edits the game you already have.
- Open the code editor to hand-tweak anything, then hit Run.
- Queue several instructions and run them in order on autopilot.
